Asia Pacific, December 12, 2008 - Fuji Xerox today launched DocuCentre-III C4100/C3100, the latest addition to its DocuCentre multifunction family.
Our latest multifunction devices (MFDs) are equipped to meet varied office needs with easy to print, copy, scan, fax features along with multi-tiered security measures. Compact yet powerful, the DocuCentre-III C4100/3100 comes with colour capability for those times you need to stand out, as well as all the advantages of black and white for daily print jobs.
Better Productivity And Presentability With Quality Imaging
The DocuCentre-III C4100/3100 is designed for high-speed printing at up to 10 ppm in colour and 40 ppm in black and white, and high-speed scanning at 45 ipm in colour and 50ipm in black and white. Both of which are easily achievable, even on large paper documents.
An optional 2,000 sheet High Capacity Feeder can also be fitted to give longer, uninterrupted print runs when things get hectic, and these jobs can even be scheduled after office hours to save time. Moreover, settings of frequently printed documents like paper sizes, duplexing, flexing and more can be programmed as required.
Best of all, our MFDs adopt a higher number of screen processes to achieve a more even tonal gradation for colour images. Combined with IRES, a new image processing technology that maximises the colour reproduction area of MFDs, the result is higher image quality that creates a memorable impression every time.
Intuitive Technology And Versatile Finisher
With built-in colour sensing technology, our MFDs automatically recognise when colour is used and will apply the relevant charges. Also, the easy-to-use and smart interface requires only a simple click to customise screen options with the most frequently-used features, or to gain access to advanced features. The MFDs also comes with a variety of finishing capabilities such as stapling, hole punching and booklet making.
Smart Cost Savings
The DocuCentre III C41000/3100 offers added options such as a scan-to-colour PDF function that enables you to send documents via email so you can reduce courier services and save costs! Better still, the built-in Auditron feature allocates selected users to colour access. Comprehensive reports can then be generated, so you can effectively manage colour usage costs.
Security You Can Trust And More
To guard against information leakage and to give total peace of mind, the DocuCentre-III C4100/3100 incorporates technological enhancements such as IPSec (IP Security) for content encryption, SNMPv3 for secure communication between devices and IEEE802.1x to prevent unauthorised usage.
In addition, network technologies like improved routing and auto network configuration are possible via IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) which ensures the DocuCentre-III C4100/3100 remains poised to leverage on the latest innovations for business needs.
