    ApeosWare Management Suite is an integrated management software that serves as the central control for all your multifunction devices and printers. It helps you to better manage these devices, gives you better user management, helps you reduce print wastage, tracks usage, increases data security, reduces total cost of ownership and drives towards greener IT.

ApeosWare Management Suite

    Log Management

  • The Log Management module collects job logs from printers and multifunction devices, and generates meaningful reports the administrator and management. It presents the usage trends and highlight areas which cost could be reduced by using N-up and duplex. On top of that, the ability to keep job logs, including fax log, provides a mean to keep records of the usage. This creates the base for surveillance allowing administrator to track what documents is printed, faxed and by which user.

    • Print Management

  • The Print Management module gives administrator a better control over print jobs. The central management console allows the predefinition of print configurations. The authentication printing is one of the features that could reduce wastage and ensures that confidential printouts do not fall into the wrong hand. Users can take advantage of the On Demand print feature to retrieve print jobs from anywhere. You could take advantage of the Distributed Print feature whereby print jobs could be distributed to a predefined group of printers and multifunction devices thus increasing print productivity. With the Alternative Print feature, print jobs are rerouted to an alternative print device when the intended print device is out of order. Administrator may also impose strict policies such as compulsory print in duplex and in black and white, and setting of print quota.

    • Device Management

  • The Device Management is the central management control for all your multifunction devices and printers. It allows administrators to deploy settings to all the devices without having to do so at the devices. Any changes can be made and deployed quickly via the AWMS. Since it is web base, the administrator can perform any admin task from any PC or notebook, within the network or via remote connections.

    • Authentication Management

  • The Authentication Management module provides the facility to manage the credentials of users or groups. The administrator is able to enforce a stricter control over the usage of copy, print, scan and fax by the individual user or groups. The Authentication Management may take user reference from the existing users and user groups that are listed in the Domain Active Directory, and at the same time, maintain a local user database. With Authentication Management, administrator can also allow or disallow the usage of devices and restrict the use of any facility, it can even set quota on prints and copies.

    • Flow Management

  • The Flow Management module automates the processes for finishing and sending documents. A document can be processed by registered procedures within the Flow Management module. Complicated maneuvers such as generating PDF files and OCR processes can be automated using this software. The Flow Management module automates the finishing and sending processes. The user need only receive faxes, scan, and copy files to folders, saving the company time and money. It can be saved by scanning and conveniently sent to intended recipients automatically.
